Maybe you could add the commands in a box to be clear what are the commands
and arguments that  should be executed in a terminal.

EX:

To access the console interface, open a (bash) shell terminal terminal and run:

    distribution start COMMAND_PROFILE

To access the library profile ...


The links to the description of the web interface (GUI) should be in the
previous subsection.


+ Maybe tvb_clear desrves its own subsection and bold letters for BE CAREFUL!

+ Maybe add a subsection title where it is explained that a TVB_Distribution
folder will be created with all the source code, while a TVB folder will be
created in the home directory and your data will be stored there. So when you
explain how to update, people won't think they might delete their projects.

Giving examples of how much the output of a surface simulation will occupy
here is to vague if you don't provide information about the number of nodes,
integration step size, etc. Maybe add a link to the benchmark section. This
section shouldn't be only about running times but also about storage and
memory usage.

You probably know but there are missin links for

Why was the Lesions tutorial removed. Normally people are always very
interested in that. It was also presented in one Conference.


NOTE: I think **Console interface** should have one tab like GUI Guide.
Console users aren't necesssary developers and so far it seems the only place
to get to that page is through the link in INSTALL.



Developers

API? Maybe add a tab or a subsection inside Developers.


A Description  Of a complete Dataset should be updated by Tim. He's the one
with the expertise about the preprocessing pipeline and all the pieces of data
that go into TVB. Then move this description to a new tab called Data, along
with TVB data storage.


If at some point someone has the time to go through the users group
discussions, there is heaps of information that could be structured into a
nice FAQ section.

There are questions that have been asked many times, so having a clean
Question and a clean Answer would be very helpful. Don't forget to add the
answer to the veery important question: What do I do if my question/answer was
not in the FAQ? :)
