Description
Create a new buffer which will contain all the lines with different weights.
Use a transparency shader varying attribute to hide / show edges.
Regenerate all edges each time a edge value is changed from the right side connectivity matrix.
Merge Connectivity 3D viewer into the main one, so we have a way to display both some connectivity metric and edges on same graph.
