Prepare urgent release 1.0.4 for a simulator bug-fix.

Things that need to be covered:

1. 1. internal_39.txt.bz2 should get added to the distribution package
   2. rename code-update into a version that gets executed
   3. Epileptor module should be removed
   4. update register.war (ask Ionel to build it)
   5. test the new packages (ask Bogdan for this)
   6. check all changes done in code since 1.0.3 (done- Lia)

PS: anything prefixed with ## is a bullet DONE.
