Respond to the Pull Request of Yan - SEEG monitor added

We should:

• merge the code from GitHub.
• test it locally before submitting it on SVN
• create importer for Internal Sensors DataType, and run it when new project gets created
• as we add a new event, we will add a code_update_procedure for older versions.

After solving this task, Epileptor model should be enabled back - on SVN only.
