Prepare TVB_Distribution package for Graphical Interface contributors

Graphical Interface - Users are using TVB_Distribution with Web UI.
The simple Users are currently covered for this use-case, but the contributors not yet

• We should create a manual for such contributors.
• shortcuts and package structure for these users should be reused from TVB-876
• check that the GIT-update scripts are still running.
