- For region stimulus, some (I haven't figured it out exactly, but sinusoid
selected then changing frequency seems to do it) of the controls on the right
hand side seem to have a strange interaction with the visualisation on the

LD: We have some shortcuts for rotating the WebGL context. Once the canvas has focus, click on a right/left arrow on the keyboard should produce the effect you saw (connectivity rotated).
What most probably happens there, is a wrong ordering of HTML elements: canvas gets focus when it shouldn't.
We will try to fix the HTML ordering, if that doesn't work, we will disable the rotation capability in stimulus area. New Jira task required ("unscheduled")
SK: There does seem to be a focus issue in a couple of places. I also noticed the lack of interaction functionality that Marmaduke reported, which combined with the issue I reported would seem to fit with occasionally having focus on the left when you're actually on the right and occasionally not having proper focus on the left even when your mouse is there...
