      Description

      Segfault is in the 'etree.parse(xsd_path)' part of line 88,
      tvb.core.adapters.xmlReader

      My system gcc is 4.1.2, linux x86_64
      lxml-2.3-1 (NOTE: -1 not .1, so effectively 2.3)
      Same thing happens with EPD-7.2-2, which includes lxml-2.3.2-1

      So, didn't get much further, but
      xml_file = etree.parse(interface_file)
      also segfaults, where as
      doc_xml = xml.dom.minidom.parse(interface_file)
      works fine, which I take to mean it is unlikely that the problem is
      with the files being parsed.

      Also, there seems to be quite a bit of discussion on the interwebs of
      segfaults associated lxml under linux and it seems that in most cases
      the ultimate source is in libxml2.so... though I didn't find any
      answers/solutions...
