Model Math equations no longer visible in web GUI

Neither on the Simulator configuration page, nor on the PhasePlane page, the math equations from the current model is not visble.
In prev versions on both pages the equations were visible.
We should take them from tvb-library.simulator.model

Also on the PhasePlane, an empty div bellow the model is partially visible, but not filled, I think.
