Description
Code in tvb-inversion repository is shared by MRS and offers a solution to compute inference in TVB (it also contains Julia code).
The final scope is to prepare this code into a form that could be deployed in TVB-C. As intermediary steps, the code should be and refactored to handle generic data, documentation of using the code should be added, setup.py config etc.
BIDS to be taken into consideration for this.
