Green question marks offering extra help to the user are missing from several places

Those green question marks should appear in several places (unless it is deactivated from the user profile, but BY DEFAULT IT IS ACTIVATED): simulator page (Cockpit and Phase Plane), Analyzers, Stimulus Uploaders overlay, Connectivity creators, Visualizers.

Currently I only see them in Phase plane and in BCT Analyzers.
