Scaling values are inversed after save in Stimulus Creator

On Stimulus Creator step 2 (Set Regions Scaling), we set scaling values on each region and then click Save.

After that, in GUI, we see those values inversed in the sense that the values we set on left hemisphere regions appear on the right hemisphere regions and vice-versa.

Please check how the values are taken at save time and how they get to DB to fix this.
