Stimulus Region regions configuration is saved 3 times not once

In Stimulus Region step 2, when we set the scaling and save the new configuration, we get a quick(less then 1 sec) "Selection must not be empty" error message and after a "Selection saved successfully" info message.

Also if we check the list, the new configuration is saved 3 times !!!
