Update installations and create releases for TVB at the end of the sprint

Update servers installation at Fraunhohen:

• REST (9090 port behind) https://tvb-api.scai.fraunhofer.de/doc/ 
• Web TVB (port 80 behind) https://tvb-sim3.scai.fraunhofer.de/ 

Update Web on HBP OpenShift, as that is already used by Charite 

• after update check that  Connectivity ZIP upload works. It was an error before 

Release 2.0.5 on Pypi for:

• tvb-library (tvb.simulator.plot changed, tvb.analyzers.info restored)
• tvb-rest-client (get_users new param PAGE_SIZE)
• tvb-framework (still alpha)

Depending on how advanced TVB-2523 will be, we might want to release also tvb-contrib first package (still version 2.0.5) on Pypi, but this is optional.

After release on Pypi, pls make a TAG and Relase on Github https://github.com/the-virtual-brain/tvb-root/releases
