Consider new data exchange targets

There are a few data exchange possibilities we don't currently support but look desirable:

• OpenSourceBrain (platform, format?)
• Zenodo (platform + metadata/doi)
• BIDS (format)
• EBRAINS/KG (platform+ metadata format)

In the case of export, for novel or replication studies, we would want to export all datatypes to files, perhaps in BIDS format, along with metadata. For OSB & EBRAINS targets, this potentially allows user on those platforms to directly reuse simulations.

In the case of import, we would consider cases of standard formats (formats we already support or some form of BIDS) and platforms from which we'd pull data.

This task would be to enumerate possibilities, look at relevant docs and choose the high ROI options.  As first estimate, this would be import export BIDS format, and support only minimal data export to OSB, Zenodo & EBRAINS.  We should consider also if tasks in SGA3 require more than that.
