Reimplement sEEG movie

There is a video Tim Proix produced of seizure propagation.  We wrote this in pyqtgraph and captured the video on a standard resolution screen.  This is now rather poor quality on the hi-dpi screens and projectors.  This movie should be reimplemented now as a reusable component which renders a simulator with the relevant components directly to VTK.
