Make sure that simulation works with surfaces

Simulation with surfaces can't be launched if tvb gdist is not installed. Currently, installation on Windows has some difficulties so for this issue you should run the application using Docker where tvb gdist is installed and then if simulation with a surface still has some errors, those should be fixed.
