      Description

      Get familiar with the Dual Viewer and partially with other viewers listed below. Learn how to use them and what they can do.

      Identify in code, which are the files related to the Dual Viewer (which ones are important for 3D and which ones for 2D). Also identify other files that may be relevant for this GSOC project.

      Tips for the 2D part:

      TVB has a Timeseries 2D viewer that is already written in D3. This is similar with the one from the Dual Viewer but it does not have animations. This has the possibility to make selections. Check it out here:

      Tips for the 3D part:

      In the 3D viewer we will keep displaying surfaces and sensors, but we also need to add dynamic spheres at signal locations. 

      The 3D part of the Large Scale Connectivity viewer, contains an example of different sized spheres displayed at region centers. Check it out here:

      This should help you start with the 3D even if it is not dynamic.
