Description
I was following the virtual mouse brain paper and I used the mouse connectivity ( and other mouse data) provided with TVB.
I'm looking at the MRI Volume visualiser right now.
I'm a little confused and not sure if it is a bug or it is supposed to be like this.
I attached a screen.
On the left one can choose between 3 frames (axial, sagittal and coronal).
However in the axial frame there is a sagittal picture of the mouse brain.
In the sagittal and coronal frame there is a coronal picture of the mouse brain.
When I press on either of those frames the right projection appears on the big frame. E.g. in the screen I clicked axial and the axial slice of the mouse brain appeared on the big window. So that is correct.
But why is this mixed up on the smaller frames on the left ? Or why is the coronal view shown twice ?
Is this supposed to be this way ?
