      Description

Andreas Spiegler's created a mouse cortex from Allen database; generating local connectivity works, but visualizing it does not.

JS console complains that "Could not draw gradient colors", yet I wait for both surface and pick data before clicking, e.g.

[Info] Start loading picking data! (genericTVB.js, line 43)
[Info] Start loading surface data! (genericTVB.js, line 43)
[Info] The load operation for the surface data is not completed yet! (genericTVB.js, line 43)
[Info] The load operation for the surface data is not completed yet! (genericTVB.js, line 43, x2)
[Info] Finished loading surface data! (genericTVB.js, line 43)
[Info] Finish loading picking data! (genericTVB.js, line 43)

      Now I click and see

[Debug] found at delta 0 (base_vertice_pick.js, line 401)
[Warning] Could not draw the gradient colors. Try again in a few seconds, perhaps not everything is fully loaded from the server. (genericTVB.js, line 37)
[Info] Displaying Local Connectivity profile for selected focal point ... (genericTVB.js, line 43)

but surface is gray around pick point, with no color. The colorbar shows values between 0 and 2.35, and I've check the backing HDF5 file has reasonable values.
