Description
A fit DCM is essentially a lower dimensional statistical model of regional interactions. The theory around DCMs have enabled a convincing methodolgoy for fitting them. The steps from data to fitting a VB could include an intermediate DCM, which would simplify the estimation.
This requires some exploration, and finding a good dataset to test on.
