Fix generate_model_phase_plane_images.py

After recent changes in the Models dfun, the script generate_model_phase_plane_images.py is no longer working.

Some of the models dfun are not having name parameter "local_coupling".
They should respect the signature from parent, or we should not pass params by name.

Coupling parameter passed to dfun is None, and thus producing exceptions.
