Description
In a couple of cases, the same entity from the ontology (recognisable by their URI) has been assigned to be a subclass of more than one TVB brain region. This is because, eg., a pathway may be active in more than 1 region. The same is valid for the cell types. So, my suggestion would be, whenever a user clicks on one of these terms inside the tree structure, to tick all the TVB brain regions in the static brain viewer of which this entity is a subclass. This would make is possible for the user to immediately see where, eg., the pathway is active. Does that make sense to you?
