Write update script for release 1.4

It should contain an update in Operations table, so that old Simulation configurations are compatible with the new release.

Major change has been done in the Monitors. Before we were having 5 Monitor classes, which are now collapsed in 3 (Spherical M/EEG, M/EEG, Seeg --> M/EEG, SEEG). RegionMapping and ProjectionSurface are to be filled behind the scene for such simulations.

Previous ProjectionSurfaceEEG entities are still to be kept, but moved in the new ProjectionsData table.
