    Description

      Hi Lia,

I was hoping you could help me with a problem I'm currently having with TVB. I am right now deleting some values from connectivity matrices that we uploaded to the TVB a while back. In the past, when doing this, to save the new matrix with the deleted values, I would type a new name into the white box next to the text "Large Scale Matrices" and then press the button with the star burst on it (when hovering over it, it says "create a new connectivity from the selected nodes"). I would then be able to exit the connectivity tab, and when I re-entered, the new matrix would be available to select. However, when I press the button this time to save, a message appears that says "launched connectivity creator", but the matrix does not save. This happens no matter how many nodes I have selected. Do you know why this is happening or if I'm doing something wrong?

      Thank you,
      Inez
