Add context-menu in all 3D viewers with measure points, and display at least the node label in it

      Description

      Original requirement from Paula:

      **Add possibility to see sensor labels in the static Sensor Visualizers.
      Having the labels at the sensor locations would be informative.**

      Currently, due to WebGL difficulties, not labels are included in the canvas 3D displays, but in other viewers we have the possibility to see a particular node's label by various means:

      • Connectivity viewer: right click on a cube give you an overlay with the label
      • Connectivity viewer: mouse-over the 2D display highlights a cube with a noticeable color
      • Dual EEG: click on a node in 3D toggles the signal being displayed on the right (with label in front).

      If we display a "popup" div when selecting one measure-point (similar with what we are having in the Connectivity 3D tab, but without the actions from the context-menu popup), we will have a quick solution, without the need to have text & textures in canvas 3D.

      The popup div with the label should apper: in the Dual EEG/MEG and static Sensor Viewers.
