      Description

      For the import of empirical data here you find an example data set for region-wise aggregated BOLD time series as generated by the pipeline:

      I will send corresponding data sets for EEG and source activity shortly.

      Basically this empirical data are same signal types as those neuronal, EEG and BOLD signals simulated by TVB. We though that displaying simulated/empirical source and eeg activity in the same head on cortical and head surfaces is useful. Please see an example of one of our subjects here:
