      Description

        1. Usability and Flexibility

Would it be possible to re-configure and save the portlets after a simulation has finished?

Example: I configured certain visualizers + analyzers before the simulation.
After the simulation is finished, there was an either an error from the
analyzer or that particular visualizers wasn't really available for my
datatypes. As a new user, I'd like to rectify that, so I only have the
relevant portlets. I'm not suggesting to allow users to add more portlets, but
to hide those that aren't useful.

Since 4 portlets is already a lot and it is not really possible to appreciate
what they are displaying --unless the width of the right column was adjustable
--, being able to reconfigure and maybe leave the only relevant visualizers
      could be nice.

Could we configure the Analyzers before saving the portlets options?
The current implementation requires to save Analyzers/Visualizers first.
Also, once simulations are finished should the 'edit' button in the analysers be available?
We cannot actually change anything, or better said, any modifications in the analyser won't result in visible changes.
