Description
A reviewer of the first article said.
-The package seems to come "all batteries included". However, could this choice still allow the inclusion of other tools. For instance it is very helpful to have a tool for managing and tracking projects based on numerical simulation or analysis, such as sumatra https://neuralensemble.org/sumatra/ .
Such a project management package (according to its documentation) is perfectly compatible with the console based scenario we discuss for using TVB.
In today's discussion John suggested parameters https://parameters.readthedocs.org,
After reading a bit the documentation I realised it was similar to what I was using for some personal simulations (eg, dictionary of dictionaries). Right now, there are several tables with parameters configurations that may be of interest, or that were taken from published articles.
Ideally we want to have a collection of them, that are easy to track and load from both the WUI and scripting interface.
