Improve the new JS component (Regions Selection) to take into consideration hemispheres

The information about hemispheres is optional, as for some selections we can not have it (e.g. when EEG Sensors).
When this information is missing all the checkboxes will be displayed in one block (as right now).
When the information about hemisphere exists, we should display the checkboxes in two groups (left / right hemisphere).
