Add adapter for new TimeSeriesMetric Proxy metastability

+ svn commit 5602
+ the new analyzer yields two floats which are measures of global metastability and synchrony. The main interest of these metrics relies on the fact that they have been used in published articles ( under a similar computational model as the one we have in TVB) .
+ I tested it using the demo data we normally generate and following the same scheme as in demo pca_analyse_view_region.py and works fine.
