Changing the visualization speed breaks the brain viewer

Start a brain activity visualizer, pause the visualization when the timeline is around half.
Then move the speed slider to the far right.
When speed changes currentTimeValue is recalculated to out of bounds values.

We should also restrict the range of the speed selection; the max speed means 2 frames of activity.
