Add (demo) script to produce lesioned connectivity matrices as zip files.

To reproduce the article mentioned in the parent issue, I need a few thousands connectivity matrices derived from the Hagmann 998 connectome.
'Lesioning' techniques are very specific, so I'll probably add the script I'll use to generate them and a tutorial (maybe ...)
